Resolution Services, Inc. has two locations.

The main office is located at 101 Mill Lane North East, MD. This is a small cottage located in the town of Northeast. It is in a secluded location off the main street. It provides a traditional office setting with the ability to have sessions on a private porch when weather provides.

The second location is Resolution Services Training and Education Center located at 102 Old Mill Plaza North East, MD. This location is centrally located on the main street of North East. It is designed for workshops, trainings and partnering with local businesses to host small groups. With this flexible space we can host community events to private group sessions. We can host 20 participants comfortably.

Meet Our Team

CONNIE MULLER-THYM, LCSW-C

Connie Muller-Thym, LCSW-C was born and raised in Cecil County, Maryland. She obtained her BS from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and her MSW from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Connie moved to Florida after college and lived in Palm Beach Gardens for 28 years before returning home to Cecil County. While in Florida, she worked in many capacities including therapeutic foster care, hospital social work, and as a counselor in a special needs school. She became a therapist and co-owner of Family Counseling Associates in Jupiter, Florida in 1992. In 2006, Connie
returned to Cecil County and took a position with the Cecil County Circuit Court. In 2007, she opened Resolution Services, Inc. providing Mediation, Counseling, Coaching and Training. She has extensive training in Mediation, Parenting Coordination and Custody evaluations. She has been considered an Expert Witness in Family Domestic cases for 14 years.

Connie is passionate about her work and has earned a solid reputation for the services that she provides. She is passionate about helping mental health professionals navigate high conflict custody cases. Through the mistakes she made as a young therapist, Connie is in tune to the stress that these cases can create for the families and the treating professionals. She learned that sometimes the therapist can become part of the problem and not know the best way to handle a situation professionally. Connie offers mentoring and guidance to mental health professionals regarding Child Custody Cases.

CHRISTOPHER BIBEY, 

OFFICE MANAGER

Chris Bibey has been working with Connie since 2021. He first started working with Connie as her billing clerk. He now manages general operation of the practice and business development. Chris brings a unique view to practice management form his background as an Executive Chef overseeing multiple restaurants
